FAQs

You'll probably have a few questions, so we've answered some of them here.

If your question isn't there, don't worry. Just give us a call on 01489 590092 and we'll provide the answer.

Digital marketing is any kind of marketing which uses an electronic device to get the message out there and connect you with customers.

Website design, SEO and content, email campaigns or social media campaigns like Google ads or Facebook ads… If it’s a form of marketing you can’t physically touch, it’s likely to be digital marketing.

Its aim is to capture the attention of potential buyers, then give them good reasons to become actual buyers.

WordPress website design and ecommerce website design are popular services because you have the option of inclusive hosting and support. You get a beautiful, robust website plus regular content updates and unrestricted, ongoing support with your marketing.

We can also sort out your SEO and content to give you a significant advantage over the competition.

If you’re after paid ads, we’re experts in Google ads management and Facebook ads. Both can be tricky, time-consuming and potentially costly.

We take the worry away. You’ll get a healthy return without wasting a penny.

A one-word summary would be this:

Helpful.

We enjoy being part of the team. That’s why we offer ongoing support packages. You can call on us whenever you like — advice, fresh marketing ideas, website content updates, help with SEO… whatever you need.

We’re not in the least bit flashy or salesy. The idea is to bring you more customers, not trap you in a contract.

We’ll only deploy specific skills or resources if they’re likely to bring a good result. Also, we’re versatile. As your business evolves, the marketing strategy is flexible enough to evolve with it.

We listen. Carefully.

You may offer the same services as a competitor, but that doesn’t mean you’re the same. The way you work, your approach, expertise, motivation, your ideal client… All of these, and more, are unique.

As digital marketers, it’s our job to identify what makes you brilliant. Then we find the best ways to get it out there, so others can see it too.

We mainly work with small and medium-sized businesses in and around Southampton.

If you’re further afield, that’s fine. We work with businesses anywhere in the UK.

We monitor the data and provide you with a clear, plain-English monthly performance report.

For example, with your website, you’ll know how much traffic it’s getting, where the traffic is coming from, and how visitors behave once they’re on the website. If there’s room for improvement, we’ll say so and fix the problem.

With Google ads, you’ll know exactly how much money a specific ad has generated.

It provides peace of mind that the ad spend is justified.

Everything is bespoke. Rather than overload you with irrelevant data, we pick out the information that matters to your individual business.

Yes, it’s one of the most important services we offer. It comes as part of the monthly hosting and support package.

Think of us as a part of the team. We’re there for you, coming up with new ideas and making sure everything is ticking over as it should.

If you need reassurance, practical or technical advice, just call us. We’ll be available.

No. We’ll never push you into anything you don’t want or need.

If you simply need a website and don’t want SEO, or you already have a hosting provider, we’re happy to do this as a one-off project.

For B2B websites, we use WordPress. For bigger ecommerce websites, we’re Shopify experts.

If you sell just a few products, you’d probably need a WordPress website which includes Woocommerce. It’s about what will work best for you.

No. With our support package, all updates to your existing page content are included. We won’t charge you for them.

If you need an entirely new page of content, there will be a cost… but it won’t be eye-watering.

We’ll make it easy for you. The website is yours, not ours. Unlike some agencies, we’ll never tie you into a straitjacket. If you want to change your hosting provider, you can do so at any time.

It’s the same principle with plug-ins and any under-the-bonnet coding. Once the website is done, everything belongs to you.
