Neil Kerr

Managing Director

After a high profile career as a recording engineer (ask Neil about Craig David!!), Neil specialised in digital marketing over 15 years ago gaining experience in house and at digital marketing agencies before setting up Pumpkin 12 years ago to provide a more personalised service.

Neil’s expertise lies in creating high performing websites for his clients, and guiding and supporting clients to maximise their online potential. Neil’s has come across many clients who have not received the return for their investment and service they should expect to receive from marketing agencies in the past which is one of the main reasons he started his own business.

Over the years Neil’s keenness to keep up to date with the latest technological advances has meant that he can advise start ups to complex e-commerce solutions for companies with hundreds of employees. Neil is passionate about giving high quality and a consistent level of support and enjoys finding solutions to his client’s problems from fixing an email issue to complex API integrations.

Sonya Kumar

Director

Sonya qualified as a solicitor in 2010. After a decade in the law, Sonya learnt how to deliver fast effective service whilst retaining utmost quality. But knowing that there was more to life than logging her timesheets every 6 minutes, Sonya decided to join Neil and run Pumpkin, which more than satisfies her thirst for creativity and organization!

Sonya is our CLO… Chief Listening Officer!… to ensure we properly hear and uncover what our client’s need to get the results they are looking for.

Neil Scott

Design

Neil has over 20 years experience in creative design, specialising in 2D and CGI illustration, brand development, website and digital media, advertising campaigns and design for print. His varied clients come from industries such as financial services, property development, utilities companies and sports.

Neil’s career in design began in 1996 and his first creative role was for Aspen Printing in 2000, where he created brochures, advertising and marketing literature for hotels and businesses in the Channel Islands. In 2004, he moved to Cedar Group, an integrated marketing agency based in Southampton, where by the end of his tenure he was the Senior Creative Designer and responsible for running and managing the studio. At Cedar, Neil also created work for a number of blue chip accounts including Barclays Bank, Motorola and Kenwood, as well as designing for Cranfield University & the Rugby World Cup 2015,
